Oct 8: Notice of interest - Helium Special Situations Fund

The Company announces that on 8 October 2007 it received notification that, following recent purchases, - Helium Special Situations Fund now holds 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company. This shareholding represents 3.38 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
